Mira Architects transformed a library in Kozelshchyna, Ukraine into a contemporary cultural hub, offering diverse activities for all ages, marking a shift towards modern library functions emphasizing interaction and learning.

  • A contemporary space was developed using the existing library as a foundation. After the renovation, it became the center of cultural and educational life in the town and nearby settlements. It has been providing various activities for people of all ages, including reading, cycling, computer or yoga classes.

    We have completely reimagined the functions and activities that take place within this space. Modern libraries have become spaces for interaction, communication, learning and presentations.
