ID Studios collaborated on the design of Topaz Apartments with AVRP Studios, featuring angular blue graphics in the lobby, globe lights creating a starry effect, and an energetic modern aesthetic throughout.
Pierce Education Properties brought ID Studios in to collaborate with AVRP Studios on Topaz Apartments, a new, seven-story ground-up off-campus student housing building just steps from SDSU. Angular, blue graphics fill the two-story, glass-lined lobby and globe lights give the illusion of stars in the night sky. Throughout the rest of the common areas, you’ll find an energetic modern design aesthetic and an open floor plan with furniture groupings to provide maximum flexibility.
