  • After working through a feasibility study and programming, it was determined Indiana Tech was in need of additional student housing.

This new 124-bed, four-story residence hall will house student rooms, community hubs, and an outdoor hangout space. The project began with a feasibility study and programming exercise to help the university determine the size and type of housing that is needed.

It then advanced into the full design of the building, to integrate with the existing campus and student housing, as well as the campus master plan. The design of this new residence hall was inspired by the existing campus and the master plan. Incorporating the university’s colors and other building elements ties the building in with campus, while making the building unique.
