Sixthriver completed University House Tempe as a premier living space for students at Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona.

The University House Tempe is a private luxury student housing development on the Arizona State University campus which opened for students in the Fall of 2015. The 18 story, 72 unit high-rise includes 242 beds. University House represents a new trend in luxury student housing, with top of the line features including nine-foot exposed concrete ceilings, porcelain tile bathrooms, and full sized ceiling washers and dryers. Apartments range from 716 to 1289 square feet, with modern, fully equipped kitchens. Each unit has floor to ceiling windows that provide panoramic views of the Sun Devil Stadium across the street. Sixthriver partnered with BOKA Powell on the building’s interiors, emphasizing bold geometric motifs and merging the modern character of the project’s architecture with a refined yet youthful interior.
