Antunovich Associates was tasked with giving the HERE Atlanta Student Housing a dynamic space for living, socializing, and staying active in Atlanta, Georgia.

Antunovich Associates collaborated with CA Ventures to design the Interior spaces for a new 29-story student housing project located at 3rd and Spring Street in Atlanta, Georgia. The project is located in the rapidly expanding Technology Square area close to the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech).

The property contains communal spaces for students such as open style seating areas, quiet study areas, gaming areas, a golf-simulator, indoor & outdoor dining, fitness areas with accompanying Spa/Sauna, outdoor terraces on levels 7 & 26, and a rooftop swimming pool. Antunovich Associates also provided full Procurement services of all FF&E throughout these common areas.
