  • JESSICA DESIGN GROUP created a thoughtful space for creativity at the Kyung Hee Middle School Makerspace in Seoul, South Korea.

    It is a space where students can do special activities different from general subjects, the teacher includes more diversity and functions for the class.

    As if raw materials are processed and mixed to create new works, the space is constructed using natural materials that seem unprocessed.

    The classroom space is modernized with achromatic colors that students prefer, differentiate space with line lighting.

    Reel-type outlets on the ceiling and walls can be written and stored to supplement functional parts of practical classes.

    The wall separating it from the hallway space is storage configuration at the bottom, shelf-type configuration and glass frame at the top composition of the production, etc. into an exhibitionable space.

    Composition of a board that can be stored and mounted using a manufactured table and wall that can store standing work and equipment.

    It implements the functions of class preparation, brainstorming, and rest in combination. It creates a comfortable and calm atmosphere. Organize an image wall to recognize the space when entering the appropriate floor where the maker space is located
