INC Group delivered the full design and build of ‘KidsOnly’ for long-term client One Za’abeel, creating a multi-zoned kids’ club that supports imaginative play, exploration and comfort for children aged four to twelve.

Thoughtfully planned zones cater to different age groups and energy levels, including a secluded gaming area for older children, a cosy mezzanine with calming star lights, and an interactive ball pit designed to encourage movement and play.

The design is inspired by space exploration, expressed through a consistent celestial language woven throughout the club. Stars, clouds and constellations appear across joinery, lighting features and even playful details such as the coat hooks, creating a cohesive and imaginative environment that sparks curiosity from the moment children enter.

Safety and wellbeing were central to the design approach, with clear sightlines, carefully selected durable materials, and dedicated amenities such as a children’s washroom and a mother’s room. Each element was considered to strike a balance between adventure and reassurance, ensuring children feel both engaged and at ease.
