gkkworks and ID Studios have designed the Betty and Bob Beyster Institute for Nursing at the University of San Diego located in San Diego, California.

ID Studios provided interior planning and design services for the USD Betty and Bob Beyster Institute for Nursing, Research, Advanced Practice and Simulation.

The building consists of clinical skill labs, exam rooms and debriefing rooms, together with faculty offices at the first floor. The second floor features a state of the art simulation center and a series of classrooms including a specialty classroom, graduate PhD conferencing rooms, and a faculty wing. The third floor contains additional classrooms, conferencing rooms, facilities for researchers and an upscale Krause Family PhD research library complete with catering kitchen for events.

The facility is designed for ease of circulation, includes optional study venues, and promotes casual interaction between the students and faculty.
